Agreement
This End-User License Agreement governs your use of TinMic, including the desktop app, documentation, updates, license validation, and related software components. TinMic is licensed by Dominion Solutions LLC, not sold. By installing, copying, downloading, or using TinMic, you agree to this EULA.
Company ownership
Dominion Solutions LLC owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to TinMic, including the software, source code, object code, architecture, algorithms, user interface, design, documentation, website copy, product names, logos, license keys, activation systems, update systems, trade secrets, trademarks, goodwill, and all related intellectual property rights.
No ownership interest is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Dominion Solutions LLC. License keys and account entitlements are company-issued access credentials, not property sold to you.
Third-party components
TinMic includes third-party and open-source components that remain owned by their respective licensors. Those components are provided under their own licenses. The inclusion of third-party components does not grant you rights in TinMic's proprietary code, brand, license system, or product materials.
License grant
Subject to this EULA and a valid trial, subscription, or other entitlement, Dominion Solutions LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use TinMic on the number of devices allowed by your plan, solely for your personal or internal business use.
Trial, subscription, and activation
TinMic offers a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires a valid license key and active subscription or other entitlement. License keys are bound to the email and device information used for activation. Dominion Solutions LLC may disable or revoke license keys associated with fraud, chargebacks, public sharing, abuse, or breach of this EULA.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant Dominion Solutions LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
Updates, privacy, and termination
TinMic may contact Dominion Solutions LLC services for license validation, update checks, release notes, and authorized downloads.
